Solo Conversations

Those of us who play Solo RPGs know that often having some sort of conversation between our PC and various NPCs can be one of the trickier parts of playing solo as a simple die roll is seldom a satisfying way to resolve it. Roll vs DC and succeed so NPCs agree whatever the PC says. This just isn’t a lot of fun, while playing with a group it normally involves the players having a conversation with the NPCs, it doesn’t come down to a single roll. This system is intended to allow the simulation of that kind of back and forth which makes a conversation between GM and PCs interesting. These rules are system-agnostic and should work for any RPG
