What it is about
It is the night before Enyovden — midsummer in the Rhodope Mountains. Tonight every herb holds its greatest power, and tonight the samodivi, the wild mountain fairies of Bulgarian folklore, dance in the forest. Someone you love is sick. Only seven herbs, picked before sunrise, can heal them. You walk into the forest alone. The Samodiva's Forest is a solo journaling RPG played with a standard deck of cards and one six-sided die. Draw a card, read its prompt, write your answer — a line, a page, a sketch. Gather seven herbs before the sun rises… or before the samodivi's gaze falls on you three times.
