What it is about
🛍️ Magical Mall Adventure 💞 (MMA) is a solo dungeon-crawling RPG (currently a rough prototype). It was formerly released as Something Just For Us. It's a hack of Rob Hebert's Escape from Demon Castle Dracula and Travis Brightfield's The Mansion Incident , a hack of the same game. MMA’s inspired by: The film Career Opportunities (1991) , Dead malls, Liminal spaces, Mallsoft, The game Sunset Mall , and other things You take on the role of a Scavenger who searches an abandoned Mall for treasure together with their Flame, a fellow Scavenger. Scavengers brave dangerous areas filled with magical obstacles to bring back artifacts at the bequest of a client. To play, you'll need: One six-sided die. A deck of playing cards with the Jokers included (duplicates are okay). Coins, figures, or other tokens to represent: Your character (1). Your character's health (7). A piece of paper and pencil (or some other way of writing things down).
