Making decisions for the future can be tough in the moment, but futures-thinking techniques can often aid in loosening the tension and activating a new perspective. And maybe - hopefully - you gain some insight about what you're facing in the present. The prompts are simple and easy to follow - write as much or as little as you'd like.
