Soldiers on both sides fight and live in the mud and filth, coming out of their subterranean hovels only long enough to kill and die for a few meters of land. But this is not your war… You are a groundcrew mechanic, tasked with keeping the sleek fighter planes and their pilots flying day after day. Dead Stick is a journaling RPG set in a world war. Write through the eyes of a groundcrew member as you struggle to maintain your personal sanity through the terrible and dramatic events of the war. To play this game you'll need: A D20 to Roll for War Events A coin to flip for war progress Something to record your story, such as a journal or a computer. Safety - Dead Stick deals with the themes of loss, death, and war. These themes can be heavy especially if you've personally experienced them in some way.
