What it is about
Do you believe in the monsters under your bed? Do you believe the old tales of shadows? What makes a monster, a monster? What They Once Feared is a solo ttrpg where you take the role of a monster born for folklore that has awoken into a new world. One where stories aren't used as often and the monsters have become more real. You have a choice, become something new that preys on these new monsters, or become something worse than them and continue your usual hunt. What will you decide?
