Bonds and Grudges

Bonds and Grudges is a simple, one page supplement that gives you a subsystem for keeping track of the way that the big factions in your world interact with a small band of adventurers (or whatever flavour of assorted miscreants make up your party). You can drop it into any game where you have a small band of player characters trying to contend with larger, more powerful organisations. This supplement is modular and system/setting agnostic! It doesn't matter whether your player characters are a plucky band of spacefaring rebels or a party of dungeon-delving treasure hunters.
