What it is about
It’s the dystopian near-future. As governments and corporations increasingly gain the ability to monitor, intercept, and control digital devices, journalists and photographers have returned to analog solutions. That's why you're trapped in a warzone with only twelve photos left on your film roll. Use them wisely. PHOTOG is a solo adventure where your camera is your only resource. Each movement brings a new choice to make as you try to make it safely out of an active warzone while also documenting what you see. Created in 72 hours for the Ludum Praxi jam hosted by Beth and Angel Make Games, inspired by the theme “Your Health Bar is More Than a Health Bar” and a discussion that there aren't enough photography mechanics in TTRPGs. And maybe a little bit of Pokemon Snap.
