This is an anti-game about trauma and the autocannibalistic nature of reliving it in your head. This is going to be uncomfortable. It will upset you. It will frustrate you. You may not even finish it. You will not feel better for having played this. Your experience could be better by not playing in the first place. This is going to hurt. Bite Down or Let Go is a solo journaling anti-game in which you eat yourself alive over and over by revisiting the worst thing that ever happened to you. Inspired by my own experiences of trauma and the way I treated myself for a long time. Content Warning: This anti-game is intentionally oppressive to experience. It aims to capture the feeling of retraumatising yourself and blaming yourself for what happened.
