Modern life often pulls our attention towards convenience, speed, distraction, and endless stimulation. ANALOG is a week-long micro-game about intentionally choosing older, more embodied experiences over more modern alternatives. It's an invitation to slow down, reconnect with everyday moments, and notice what changes. The goal is not to reject modern life but to become more aware of its influence on our time, attention, and energy. ◆ ◆ ◆ La vida moderna suele llevar nuestra atención hacia la comodidad, la rapidez, las distracciones y la estimulación constante. ANALOG es un microjuego de una semana que consiste en elegir intencionalmente experiencias más antiguas y más conectadas con nuestra humanidad en lugar de alternativas más modernas. Es una invitación a bajar el ritmo, reconectar con los momentos cotidianos y notar qué cambia. Throughout the week, earn points by intentionally choosing activities people experienced throughout different eras of human history. 3. Record your choices using the Analog Log . 4.
