The seneschal's logbook

Running a duchy is hard work . It takes every minute of the duke's day, that is for certain, but it also takes a whole host of other people to make it work - from chamberlains to captains, seneschals to sentinels , quartermasters to weapons masters and so many others besides. Do you ever wonder what their lives are like? The Apprentice Mage's Spellbook is a small solo RPG about creating a fantasy dukedom by telling the story of a high-ranking member of the duke's court or household. Will you manage supply shortages, fend off danger, host adventurers , negotiate mining rights or marriage ceremonies? What visitors will come to the duchy while your duke reigns? Who will they be to you? This game was made using the On Poetic Tides SRD, made by Beth and Angel Make Games”  for the Romance Kingdom Jam.
