Kill Zeus at the Mountain of Doom

THE DEEP LORE ™ Toronto, 1913. Hades, Lord of the Underworld and last of the Dodekatheon, approached the League of Nation’s Occult Society’s office in Canada and warned them that the corpse of his brother, Zeus, has been possessed by an Extra-Dimensional Eldritch Horror™ and is now trying to summon a doom storm to destroy the world. This arcane ritual is conducted on the peak of the Mountain of Doom (located in the Arctic). Due to ancient oaths, Hades cannot personally interfere himself, and thus requires mortal help. Occult Society Canada has dispatched a team of experts cross-trained in mountain climbing to assassinate Zeus. + 4 Page RPG (printable at home) + 100% Meatbag (no LLM/Gen-AI bullshit. All human, all the way) + Playable with pencil, eraser, and six-sided dice (d6). + Set in the historic year of 1913, with robots and demons and ancient gods in a wholly original setting that implies A LOT squeezed into very few words if you read between the lines (I may expand upon this universe in the future). + Control a team of Occult Specialists/Mountain Climbers from the League of Nation's Occult Society (Canada Branch) as they scale the Mountain of Doom and face supernatural hazards. + Ascend to the top and kill Zeus before the Storm track reaches the end, or you fall to your death, or you get killed by a Cyclops, or you get killed by traps in a tomb whilst searching for treasure. Normal people problems. Designer Notes: Made this game in two days for a game jam that was ending in about 3 days (I joined very late), so I rushed to get this jam done, but then discovered that the Host uses AI and I am not sure I want to be associated with that whole vibe, so I shopped around for other Jams that my game qualifies for, and submitted to a relevant few (cause I was feeling pretty bummed about not being able to submit to a jam that I speed ran on).
