What it is about

A locked display. A missing ceremonial key. One timeline that does not lie. The Grand Bell Hotel is preparing for its anniversary ceremony when the antique Founder's Key disappears from a closed display case. Three people had a reason to care about the key. Only one person's account conflicts with the independent records. The Missing Hotel Key is a downloadable print-and-play detective mystery for solo players, couples and families. Read the case file, compare the evidence, narrow the removal window and record your conclusion before opening the solution. What is included an 11-page illustrated Player Case File; seven evidence documents; three persons of interest; a printable working timeline and answer sheet; a separate 2-page Progressive Hints file; a separate 4-page Solution Guide. How to play Download the Player Case File. Print it at 100% scale or read it on screen. Review the evidence and complete the Detective Answer Sheet. Open Progressive Hints only if you become stuck. Open the Solution Guide after recording your answer. Game details Players: 1-4 Recommended age: 12+ Estimated time: 20-30 minutes Format: Printable PDF / screen-readable PDF Language: English Price: $2.99 USD Accessibility and printing The v0.5 files use larger readable text, strong contrast, A4 print-safe margins, embedded fonts and an extractable text layer. The complete package has passed a control print. Formal PDF/UA certification has not been performed. Current release v0.5 Release Candidate introduces a complete illustrated 1980s investigation-file presentation while preserving the deduction logic of the earlier accessible beta. If you complete the case, a spoiler-free comment about play time, hint use, readability or the difficulty of the deduction would be especially useful. Credits and disclosure Designed and published by CaseQuest / ProjectLab . AI tools assisted with visual asset generation and production support; the case structure, evidence chain, editorial decisions and final quality control were directed and reviewed by the creator.
