In A Cottage of Her Own , you play as a powerful witch living on the outskirts of a small town, serving as the final resort for villagers who either respect your magic or view you with disdain. Using a standard deck of cards and a couple of dice, you'll generate unique daily visitors with wants that are occasionally misaligned with their situation. Sometimes you'll provide exactly what they asked for, while other times you'll give them what they truly need instead. I designed this game to be played infinitely! It has an ample mix of visitors, situations, wants, and responses so that visitors should be unique almost every time. You'll need: A journal or way to record your daily visitors A deck of cards without jokers A six-sided dice and a three-sided dice If you don't have a three-sided dice, just use a d6 and adjust (4=1, 5=2, 6=3)
