What it is about

The dice determine how the foe fights. The Foe Quire is the adversary companion for Mettle 2d6™: Roads & Hollows . Inside are 24 ready-to-use foes built for roads, forests, fens, coasts, ruins, mines, barrows, settlements, and the darker places beyond them. Every foe is built around a clear tactical identity. Instead of long action lists or complicated AI procedures, its attack dice reveal how it behaves: Roll the attack. Read the dice. Follow the Quirk. Stonekin undermine unstable ground. Drowned Dead drag Delvers down. Gloomwings hunt the light. Goblin raiders cut and withdraw. Hedge Wights close escape routes. Mire Giants destroy safe ground. The Black-Antler Hart smashes a path through the battlefield. The Ash Wyrm divides it with fire.
