What it is about
SSPE (Sandbox Solo Play Engine) is a simple set of procedural generation systems and oracles to automate things such as the procedural-generation of open-world, dungeons and towns, enemy behavior, quest types and rewards, and random event using dice rolls. This is meant to take some things out of the solo player's hands, and in the hands of random chance, in order to facilitate sandbox-style solo play in any non-solo RPG system. SSPE is system-agnostic, meaning it can (theoretically, at least) work in any TTRPG system, but it does have some brief bonus instruction on how to implemented with Ill-Gotten Game's CRUX Universal RPG System , so since I wanted to open-source SSPE anyway, I've voluntarily chosen to file it under the CRUX Open Gaming License, even though it is not CRUX-specific.
