What it is about

Outwit the guards. Reach the doors. Escape! Princess Escape is a compact solo card puzzle played with just nine cards . You are the Princess, trapped inside a castle while the Guards close in. A five-card active row represents the section of the castle currently around you. Move by swapping places with adjacent Hallways and Doorways, carefully planning your route while the Guards advance from the right. But every path is temporary. Once you pass through a Hallway or Doorway, it becomes used and cannot be entered again. Meanwhile, the castle continues to move, old cards disappear to the left, and new dangers enter from the right. Stay next to a Guard for two consecutive turns and you are captured. To win, successfully pass through both Doorways and escape the castle. Princess Escape delivers a complete spatial puzzle using only nine cards—simple to learn, quick to set up, and built around positioning, timing, and making every move count. MOVE. PLAN. ESCAPE!
