What it is about

A solo dungeon crawl you play with a pencil, right on the page. No dice needed: every floor has its own dice strip printed along the bottom. Each page is one floor of the Ruined Keep. Cross out the next die, choose a direction and move that many squares in a straight line. Stop on a monster and the next die decides the fight. Grab treasure and potions, find the keys to locked doors and reach the stairs down before your dice run out. Then score the floor and try to beat its par. Because the whole strip is printed in front of you, every floor is a small puzzle you can plan. What you get (full PDF, 111 pages): 100 one-page floors that get harder as you go down: more and stronger monsters, more traps, keys and locks, and fewer spare dice Every floor checked by computer against its own dice strip: each one can be escaped Short rules with a fully worked practice floor A score log for all 100 floors and the Delver's Record, with milestones to tick off The book's full-colour cover Free demo: the rules, the practice floor and floors 1 to 10 (19 pages). Try it before you buy. Printing: the pages are 6 x 9 inches, black and white. Print on Letter or A4 with "fit to page", or two pages per sheet for a smaller book. Print the pages you want to play, as often as you like, for your own personal use. 1 player, ages 7 to adult, 5 to 10 minutes a floor. You need a pencil. The floors are generated and checked by our own code. The rules and this text were drafted with AI assistance (Claude), then playtested and revised. No AI art: the maps and dice are drawn by code.
