Prevail Unbound - Solo Adventure Story - Oden Directive

When Winter descends upon the Corporeal Realm of Earth, the cursed and hexed of the Spirit Realm are encouraged to stalk the darkness preying on lost souls. The Unbound, in league with the Supernals of the Spirit Realm, guard humanity all year round. This time of year, however, as the nights draw in and darkness prevails, an ancient Order assembles in the North. The Oden Directive binds the most gifted and experienced Unbound Adherents of the generation. Every year at the time of Yule these adherents, the Odenkynd, receive their orders at the modern Temple of Oden in Uppsala, Sweden. The most apparent threat in recent nights relates to the abduction and slaughter of Herd politicians and leaders of industry closely aligned to the Unbound. Worse still, the ritualistic nature of the murders point towards the Spirit Realm. Some say this is a declaration of war by Unbound society itself. Some stand to profit greatly from this, while the risk of collateral damage to the Unbound and the Herd is immense. In Germany and Italy some Alpine towns have already begun to organise into anti-occult militias in an effort to root out that which terrorises their civilisation.
