100 Strange Side-Effects from Potions

Not every potion is well-made, or perhaps it has been standing around for longer than it should. This supplement has 100 unplanned side-effects that a character could be affected by when drinking a potion. Some of the effects are harmful, others are helpful and some are mostly cosmetic. Most of the effects shouldn't last for too long; perhaps only a few minutes or few hours, though some may need to be reversed naturally through time.
