The Lore Loom

T he Lore Loom is a worldbuilding solo RPG that uses an original card and journaling-based system to trigger the brain’s inherent creativity in the process of creating fleshed out characters and an interesting world. It uses a method of world construction called “loreweaving” to take a character-based approach to worldbuilding as an alternative to other popular methods. What will you need to play this game? Standard 52 card deck of playing cards Journal, Notecards, or other place to record your details Writing utensil of choice A printed copy of the foldable quick start guide Dice: 2D6, 2D4 (or your favorite rolling app) You may choose to use a number of external resources for inspiration.
