W[h]ither Thy Function?

W[h]ither Thy Function is a solo microrpg. You play as a[n Automaton, awakened after many years of slumber to enact their long-forgotten] Function. Using a [limited understanding of the world and your]self, [fill in poems to write an] answer [to the confusing scenarios you face. Depending on how you choose to see yourself, you may come to a deeper understanding of] reality. One can only hope. Play requires five different colors of tokens, beads, dice, or some other such objects you can hold; and two bags to hide them in. Somewhere to write the poems you compose would be handy, as well, if you wish to immortalize that which cannot persist. This game was made for the WTF Jam 2025.
