My Growth is a Garden

‘My Growth is a Garden’ is a solo reflective journaling game about personal growth, inspired by nature’s diversity. On one piece of paper you will grow a unique garden by responding to prompts inside drawn or created shapes, each representing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. No two creations will be alike. The game is designed for solo introspective journaling but can absolutely be played with another person or two. To play, you'll need the game sheet (digital or printed), a 6-sided die, a single piece of paper (or the back of the game sheet) and your preferred drawing/writing tools. This reflective game is playable in 1 hour but the game is designed to be pace adaptable. You set your own pace. You may choose to play in a single short session, for a few minutes at a time, or as an ongoing journaling practice you return to over months or years. The game ends when your whole page is filled with shapes and writing or when you feel you have reached a natural end. -------------------------------------------- Download includes: Full colour, black and white and text only versions of the one page PDF that can be referred to digitally or printed for optimal engaging play. Originally created for the ‘One-Page RPG Jam 2025', I intend to further develop this game in the future, including an example play-through.
