QuestionCrawl is a world-building game that can be played stand-alone or as a supplement to QuestCrawl. It allows players to flesh out the cards' meanings for a deeper, more immersive experience. Alternatively, you can use the prompts and format of this game to add details to any campaign setting you are trying to build out. Play as much or as little as you need to get the level of depth you want.
