What it is about

Long ago, the world was ruled not by kings or armies, but by the Arcanum — a conclave of immortal wizards who shaped reality with ink, will, and whispered words. They carved cities from starlight, bottled time in crystal phials, and bound the laws of nature to their grimoires. Magic was not a gift; it was a contract, and the Arcanum held the pen. But power breeds pride, and pride invites ruin. In their hunger for dominion over death itself, the Arcanum forged the Sigil Eternal — a glyph so vast it spanned the sky, etched into the firmament with spells older than language. It was meant to grant them godhood. Instead, it shattered the veil between worlds. The sky cracked. Magic turned wild. The Arcanum vanished. In the centuries since, the world has become a graveyard of wonders. Arcane ruins lie buried beneath ash and ivy. Forgotten spells flicker in the dark like fireflies. The dead whisper in the halls of broken towers. And the Sigil’s fragments — still pulsing with unstable power — lie scattered, waiting to be found… or feared. You are one of the last true wizards. Alone, you descend into the depths of the world’s lost knowledge. Not for glory. Not for gold. But to reclaim the secrets of the Arcanum, to master the chaos they left behind, and to forge your own legend in the silence after the fall. The dungeon shifts. The ink is wet. The spell is not yet finished. Enter.
