Don't Check the Cellar

You are the center of someone's twisted universe. A solo journaling RPG where you are held captive by a lovesick stalker. Document your fear, manipulate their emotions, and plan your escape in a deadly game of cat and mouse. Will you talk, fight, or outsmart your way to freedom? Things you'll need to play: Your journal and a pen. A standard deck of playing cards. 4 six-sided dice (4d6) – you can make do with 2d6 as well! This is my very first project for Zahran's mini jam!! I originally wanted this to be a Twine game with dice roll macros, but I realized that project would be way too intensive for a 72 hour time limit. So, I had to switch gears and make this a solo journaling RPG instead. Not to fear, though! The Twine version of Don't Check the Cellar is still in the works! :) Also, this hasn't been play tested. So, give it a shot and let me know if I should make some changes in the comments! Disclaimer: I used Midjourney to make the cover art. If you'd like to help me out and make a cover to replace what I have, feel free to comment below :) Otherwise, there isn't any use of AI in the game itself!
