What it is about
Vicinity is a solo tile placement game. You're building a city and need to fill it with enough houses. Each house has a number of requirements it needs to have in its vicinity, so you need to place your tiles carefully to reach your goal. Every turn, add either a service tile or a house tile to your city. Placing house tiles gives you bonuses but can also require you to pay coins. There are a few assignments that let you gain extra coins, which you will need to reach the end of the game. This is a print-and-play with 3 pages, containing 65 tiles and a small board. A pawn and 17 coins are needed as well. Link to BGG page
