What it is about

10 Mutual Aid Missions for Small Towns Vol. 1 When the village saves itself. This pack gives you ten small scale missions about neighbors taking care of each other when nobody else will. No chosen ones, no royal mandates, just people sharing food, knowledge, and danger while trying to survive. Run them as one shots, string them into a mini campaign, or drop them into a town your party already cares about. Everything is system neutral and level agnostic: you decide how hard things bite back. Included missions: The Flood Line At Miller Bend – a rising river, a half built sandbag wall, and the question of who helps who. The Keys To The Granary – locked food, hungry neighbors, and a negotiation or heist that changes next season. The Free Clinic In The Back Room – care as defiance, threatened by inspection, shortage, and power. The Night Basket Line – covert food drops under crackdown pressure, with trust on the line. Market Day For Everyone – a pop up free market and the forces that want it shut down. The Tool Library In The Old Barn – building a commons from rust while a rival tries to claim the space. Shelter In The Schoolhouse – displaced families, a crowded shelter, and fights over who belongs where. The Debt Ledger Bonfire – one night to burn the books and see what comes for the town after. The Shared Well Pact – drought, one deep well, and a fragile agreement before the next fight turns fatal. The Community Watchfire – a rotating night watch that can become care… or paranoia. Deluxe Edition includes: Quickstart that lets you run any entry in about 2 minutes (skim‑and‑go setup). Roll tables that remix the entries into fresh crises. Entry cards for every entry (printable, read‑aloud summaries). Mini‑arcs that chain entries into short campaigns. Expanded content for every entry: extra hooks, complications, costs, and overheard conversations. Every mission follows a consistent format: Tag Line, Hook, Core Concept, Description, Key Features, Complications & Triggers, Rewards & Outcomes, and Scaling & Variants . That last section gives you gentle, dangerous, social, and campaign tie in versions so you can tune stakes and fallout to match your table.
