Boomer Shooter

Aliens have invaded. Load up, soldier, and chase those scum off our planet. We’re on a timetable here - you’ve got 12 hours or we’re doomed. In Boomer Shooter you will manage your weaponry, health, and time to fight waves of retro-inspired enemies. If you successfully defeat the entire deck, you win! A “boomer shooter” is a modern term for retro-style first-person shooters (FPS) that emulate the look and feel of 1990s classics like DOOM, Quake, and Duke Nukem 3D. Despite the name, it's not targeted at “boomers” - it's a tongue-in-cheek reference to old-school FPS gameplay. Watch an Out of the Box playthrough below!
