What it is about
Obscura This is free resource for solo game book authors with a TES inspired setting. It blends the mechanics of the “Fabled Lands ttrpg” with a rich fantasy setting inspired by TES that I call “Obscura”. ! This is not a playable game ! It is simply a reference document for you to create your own solo game book adventures. Whats inside: Character creation, combat rules, equipment, magic spells, monsters and more. All of which you can test, try, remix and expand. With 2d6 combat rules it’s easy to learn and with this resource you have many options to throw at your player characters. This SRD is for Non-comercial & personal use only. Creators comment: As a long time fan of fantasy in general, solo game books are that classic mix of dice chucking and ttrpgs that computers can’t deliver. From The Fabled lands To Fighting fantasy and even Middle Earth Quest there are all a blast to play. Once I discovered TES Oblivion the idea of blending the two turned into this passion project that took years to create. I welcome all creative feedback and suggestions! Check it out and start writing today! Disclaimer A.I. Assistance Usage. * This project was worked on solo for 2 years and was 90% complete before turning to AI to convert Monsters, Spells, Guilds, Potions and Poisons tables.
