What it is about

Please Note: This is not a standalone game. It requires a copy of The Citadel Oracle Deck by Fez Inkwright The Crown is a solo journaling RPG of political ambition, played with Fez Inkwright’s Citadel Oracle tarot deck and a single d20. Each session is a Move toward the throne. You declare your gambit, draw your hand, roll for the climb, and write the episode that brought you there. You are a minor claimant to a throne. A bastard, a third-born, an exile, a commoner with a family secret. You have a name and an ambition and very little else. The throne is seven rungs above you, and the way up runs through people — figures you’ll bind to your cause, debts you’ll call in, alliances you’ll forge and burn. This includes an A5 sized zine with the rules and a micro-zine rules booklet that fits inside The Citadel deck box. FOLDING THE MICRO-ZINE Step 1 — Hot-dog fold (long edge to long edge) Step 2 — Hamburger fold (short edge to short edge) Step 3 — Hamburger fold (you should have 8 boxes) Step 4 — Unfold and Hamburger fold once Step 5 — Cut halfway through the paper on the folded edge Step 6 — Unfold. Hotdog fold once more while pushing the middle towards each other
