Welcome to Card City , the ultimate poker-meets-city-building puzzle game! This is the print-and-play version. In Card City, you step into the role of a strategic urban planner where every decision counts. Your goal? To build the most prosperous metropolis by placing cards from the market onto a 5x5 grid. But this isn't standard zoning! Complete rows and columns to score massive poker hands and skyrocket your city's valuation. Setup: Shuffle a standard 52-card deck Place initial cards face-up as shown Place a face-down card for mountains Deal 3 cards face-up ( Market ) Begin with 3 Redraw tokens Turn loop: Pick 1 card from Market → place on empty square Refill only that slot from the deck Repeat until all squares are filled Redraws and scoring: Spend 1 token: discard Market, deal 3 new Score best poker hand in each row & column (10 lines total) Lines crossing a Mountain = 4-card hands Sum all 10 lines = City Valuation
