In this board game for up to four players, you and your friends take on the roles of prisoners who have been cast into the Pit of Banishment—a dark, hopeless place of no return. Your goal is simple: escape! The dungeon spans five underground levels, each more perilous than the last. You must navigate through them one by one until you reach the fifth level, where the exit awaits. But it won't be easy! The Pit is riddled with treacherous terrain, deadly traps, unsettling mysteries, and horrors that lurk in the dark. Some will test your resolve. Others will haunt your dreams... The game plays like a classic dungeon crawler video game, but instead of a screen, you have a piece of graph paper and your imagination. The dungeon is explored one tile at a time, with each tile drawn onto the paper to form the map.
