What it is about
The power to shape fate, channel arcane forces, or command eldritch energy rarely comes without a price. Whether you call them Patrons, Sponsors, or Cosmic Investors, these Otherworldly Beings grant power in exchange for service, obedience, or attention—and their demands are as strange as they are specific.
This supplement offers 100 Otherworldly Patrons—mysterious, terrifying, or just plain weird entities—each with their distinct identity and a demand that keeps your character entangled in their web. Use them to craft your warlock’s backstory, introduce a mysterious NPC patron, or throw a bargain-tempting twist into a campaign.
Roll a D100 or select your favorite. You are not bound—if one inspires a better twist or if your table wants to reroll, do so freely. Combine entries. Expand on them. These are prompts, not prison bars.
For example, roll 84:
“The Child Beneath the Cradle – A godling trapped in eternal infancy. You must sing to it each night lest it cry and summon something worse.”
Suddenly your warlock is stuck singing lullabies to avoid apocalyptic consequences. Fun!
Let your story be strange. Let your powers come with teeth.
