What it is about

Clutch Decisions is a system agnostic road generator for modern settings where driving fast rhymes with wrecking your car. Its core mechanic, based on rally pace notes, is easy to learn, uses only six-sided dice and may be used without any printed material on your table. They allow you to generate believable roads with a variety of turns, dangers, jumps and limited visibility. Be you a GM or a solo-player, using all the additional rules and tables you can: generate specific dangers on your roads that have unique associated mechanics; use precise rules to handle vehicle speed for driving against the clock, against other players or NPCs; generate the outcome of accidents based on the vehicle speed with unique mechanics associated to these outcomes; use a larger variety of dice to create different types of roads or and add some variety to your tables. I know close to nothing about rallying, racing and even cars. Racing video games have been a main source of inspiration for Clutch Decisions. I hope true enthusiasts would forgive me any flaws and mistakes.
