What it is about
Seven approvals. An empty meeting room. An archivist dead inside a sealed vault. In 2050, records from the Central Continuity Archive show that a long-dissolved committee has unanimously approved a national surveillance project. Some of its members are dead, yet their signatures appear in the minutes. Then archivist Owen Keel dies in a sealed vault that no attacker entered. In The Ghost Committee, investigate who—or what—cast the votes, why the project was authorised and how Keel died. Work through the records, challenge the official account and make your findings before opening the solution.
