What it is about

A solo journaling TTRPG about what you build after you’re kicked out You were expelled from magic school. Not dramatically. Administratively. There was paperwork. There was a meeting. There was a decision that had already been made. Whatever you were supposed to become, it turns out it required better judgment . This game does not begin with your mistake. It begins after the door closes. EXPELLED is a solo tabletop roleplaying game about grief, identity, and rebuilding when the institution that defined you decides you are no longer worth the risk. You will: Revisit memories of what went wrong (on your own terms) Survive without sanctioned magic or official instruction Unlearn the rules you were taught to believe Redefine what “learning” even means Create an entirely new kind of magic by the end You will not: Seek forgiveness Prove anyone wrong Return to the school Be graded How It Works This is a rules-light, journaling-focused solo RPG using: Tarot cards (for interpretation, not prophecy) 2d6 (to determine emotional weight, not success) Writing (short reflections that slowly accumulate into something real) Each session represents a week after your expulsion, cycling through: Flashbacks to the past Present-day survival without institutional magic Quiet acts of redefining yourself When you have gathered seven moments of becoming, you will perform a final tarot ritual to name the magic you’ve made without permission.
