What it is about

"The world didn't end with a bang or a whimper—it ended with static." Lore You are the sole survivor of a crash in a city overrun by the undead. Perched in a fortified rooftop bunker, your only hope for rescue is an ancient shortwave radio. You must scavenge the crumbling ruins for components to repair this distress beacon before your supplies run out or the city finally claims you. Game Details Number of Players: 1 (Solo Survival Journaling Game) Genre: Post-Apocalyptic / Horror / Journaling Play Time: Variable; 1 turn represents one day in-game Main Mechanics: Card-Driven Prompting, Resource Management, and Narrative Journaling Core Mechanics The Daily Draw: Use a standard 52-card deck to determine daily events. Each suit represents a thematic challenge: Hearts (Biological), Diamonds (Urban), Clubs (Technical), or Spades (The Unknown/Psychological). Survivor Log: Track two vital resources: Shelter/Health and Supplies , both starting at 10. If either hits 0, your journey ends in failure. Scavenging & Discovery: Navigate the Scavenge Table where results range from a "Moment of Quiet" (resource gain) to "The Horde" (heavy resource loss). Jacks allow you to map unique landmarks, while Kings represent the four essential Radio Components needed for the end-game. Progression Tiers: Spend your hard-earned stats to reach Tier 2 (The Scavenger) or Tier 3 (The Specialist) to unlock powerful permanent perks like "Pack Rat" or "Engineer". The Final Stand: Once the 4th Radio Component is found, you must survive three final, grueling days of constant attacks (where all Red Suits act as The Horde) to reach the rescue ending. Requirements Cards: A standard deck of 52 playing cards (no Jokers). Journal: A paper or digital notebook to record your daily entries and mapped locations. Tracking: A way to monitor your Vital Signs (Health/Supplies), Radio Components, and Tier perks.
