What it is about
The Story Thus Far You've been hired by the local survey company to map the dungeons beneath the town. Some are vast, some are tiny, and some fall somewhere in between. Monsters and treasure lurk within their halls. Enter at your own risk. Leave whenever you wish. Goal Survey as much of the dungeon as possible without dying. How to Play Choose an unexplored edge adjacent to your current tile. Roll 1d6 to determine the dungeon tile to draw. Draw the rolled tile so that at least one open side connects to the chosen unexplored edge (except when you roll a 1 , which has no open sides). You may flip or rotate this tile. Roll 1d6 to determine whether the newly discovered tile contains nothing, a monster, or a treasure chest. Only roll for encounters the first time a tile is discovered. If you discover a monster , draw a monster icon (goblin, skull, etc.) in the tile and immediately resolve combat. If you discover a treasure chest , draw a chest icon in the tile. You may open it immediately or save it for later. Continue exploring by moving to unexplored edges and discovering new tiles. The game ends when: Every possible dungeon tile has been discovered, You choose to leave the dungeon, or You lose all of your HP. Sample Turn If I decide to leave the dungeon now, my final score would be 3. 2 VPs for defeating the monster. +0 VPs for Complete Dungeon bonus. +1 VP for Monster Clearing bonus.
