What it is about

The Player’s Bestiary d30 imaginary PLAYERS for solo play companions & Hellfire clubs OK. You’re playing solo. Several characters, maybe. Layer this on top. Roll a d30 for each character and find out who’s sitting behind them. Not heroes — players. The ones who brought snacks. The ones who never showed up. The ones who remembered every corridor. The ones who argued rules until bedtime. Fake your own Hellfire Club. Give it a name. Mine was called The Forces of Chaos. I was twelve. We never survived a game. Each player comes with quirks, habits, catchphrases, and a real-world alignment that bleeds into their character no matter what. Some help. Some derail. Some are just happy to be there. This booklet turns solo play into a game within a game within a game — a table you can almost hear again. You can also use it to recreate vanished groups, run imaginary RPG clubs, or put “players” behind NPC adventuring parties. That’s it. 30 players. Old tables. New trouble. $0.9
