The Defiant North 6B - The Infernal Vault (Solo 5e or Shadowdark Adventure)

A Solo Adventure in the Defiant North The locals in Frosthavn know the story of Valdrun. Every child does. A wise jarl who went looking for a weapon to protect his people and never came home. Every few years someone goes looking for his tomb. None of them find anything. The years passed. The story softened into legend. People stopped looking. Three months ago, a Darkhammer prospecting crew found something in one of the hillsides. They went in with picks and torches and the particular confidence of dwarves who have never met a vault they couldn't crack. Two crews went in. Neither came back. Now the hill is silent.
