What it is about

A Solo Adventure Campaign Book in the Defiant North Frosthavn endures where other towns would not, a northern trade hub carved from stubbornness, cold ambition, and two hundred years of hard-won survival. The Long Way hums with caravans hauling goods to the docks, while alchemists from across Eryndor make pilgrimages for ingredients that grow nowhere else. Rimequartz, freshly discovered and fiercely coveted, has drawn merchants, holy warriors, and shadowy operators alike, each with their own designs on the deposit and on the town itself. The Founding Families still remember when their word was law. The druids of the Grove tend wounds, secrets, and ancient powers in equal measure. A merchant prince spreads coin and promises with equal generosity. The Funnybones drive their cabs and watch. And somewhere in all of it, Whisper-in-Snow moves unseen. The Shrine of Mitra glows gold against the cold. The Stormhall crackles with the lightning of invention. The Little Cold Theatre draws crowds who do not look too closely at the man whose smiles never reach his eyes. Frosthavn is a town on the edge of becoming something more, straining against its past and bracing for what is coming from the frozen north. Frosthavn needs a hero. Whether it gets one is up to you. — Frosthavn (DT3) contains: A solo town book designed for characters of any level, and compatible with both 5e and Shadowdark rules. A Game Master is not required. A Map of the Realm detailing the northern regions of Noblejora, Nishapur, and Torgorod. A Town Map to guide your exploration of the settlement. History and lore of Frosthavn, describing its evolution from a caravan stopover to a major trade port and its ongoing struggle against Torgorod raiders. Descriptions of five unique districts: Town Square, Mercantile Row, The Long Way, The Grove, and the Sea Ward, each offering different services. 14 Keyed Points of Interest, ranging from the Ironhand Smithy to the Stormhall of Morsturm, filled with diverse NPCs and services. Specialized Rimequartz weapons, which grant bonuses against undead and prevent them from reanimating, ensuring a final death. Maeva's Alchemy and Magic Shop, featuring an extensive list of potions, scrolls, wands, and enchanted weapons/armor with specific stats and prices for both 5e and Shadowdark. Three major factions to join: the mercantile Gullvegr, the holy Sacred Shield, and the ruthless Shadow Blades, each offering specialized training and resources. Crafting rules for brewing potions, scribing scrolls, carving wands, and enchanting weapons and armor during downtime. The Shape Wood cantrip, a new utility spell designed for manipulating and carving wooden objects. Real estate opportunities, featuring three houses for sale (Town Square Home, Medium Townhouse, and Tanner's Place) that offer mechanical benefits like passive income or falling damage reduction.
