What it is about
"The moon is a cracked eye, and the woods are hungry. Draw your circles, light your candles, and pray for the dawn." Lore The village of Blackwood stands on the edge of the Veil—a swirling vortex of eyes and ancient shadows that hunger for the warmth of the living. As the appointed Guardian, you must perform the nightly ritual at the Altar. By spending your life-essence, you can bind the very roots of the forest to create a fence of thorns and salt. If the barrier fails and the Creeps breach your cottage, the hearth-fire will be extinguished forever. You only need to survive until the first light of the sun.
